## isprime

### Intructions

Écrire une fonction qui renvoie `true` si l'`int` passé en paramètre est un nombre premier. Autrement elle renvoie `false`.

La fonction devra être optimisée pour éviter les time-outs avec le testeur.

### Fonction attendue

func IsPrime(int nb) bool {

}
```

### Utilisation
