## reverse_string

### Instructions

Write a **function** `rev_str` that takes a `&str` as a parameter, and returns a `String` with its letters reversed.

    println!("{}", rev_str("I have a nice car!"));
    println!("{}", rev_str("How old are You"));

}
```
