Instructions

Create a file StringConcat.java.

Write a function concat that returns the concatenation of the two strings passed in parameters.

Expected Functions

Usage

Here is a possible ExerciseRunner.java to test your function :

public class ExerciseRunner {
    public static void main(String[] args) {

}
