## doop ### Instructions Write a program that is called `doop`. The program has to be used with three arguments: - A value - An operator, one of : `+`, `-`, `/`, `*`, `%` - Another value In case of an invalid operator, value, number of arguments or an overflow, the programs prints nothing.
